Resources for fathers worth your time.

These resources are for any dad who wants better tools than the internet usually offers. Every item here has been read, used, or recommended in real practice. None of it is therapy, and none of it replaces talking to a professional — but all of it is useful on its own.

If you're in crisis right now — call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). Postpartum Support International, supporting fathers too: 1-800-944-4773. National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233. These are free, confidential, and staffed 24/7 in the US.

A note on the resources above. Every recommendation is something I have read, used, or recommended in real practice. Some links to books may be affiliate links, which means I earn a small commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. I only recommend books I would recommend regardless. None of these resources is therapy or coaching, and none replaces a clinician licensed in your state.
